About Big Feelings Club
Kids feel everything. The overwhelm before school. The frustration that turns into a meltdown. The sadness they can't quite name. The joy so big it spills out sideways. Feelings don't wait for a calm moment or the right setting — they just show up, usually all at once, usually at the worst possible time.
And most kids don't have the words for any of it.
We started Big Feelings Club because we believe that emotional vocabulary is as essential as the ABCs. That kids who learn to name their feelings grow into adults who know how to feel them — instead of fearing them. That the earlier we give children the language to understand what's happening inside them, the better equipped they are to move through life with confidence, empathy, and resilience.
But we also know that those conversations can feel hard to start. As parents, we don't always have the script. We don't always know what to say when our kid is on the floor of the grocery store, or crying at bedtime, or so angry they can't explain why. We're figuring it out too.
That's exactly why Big Feelings Club exists — for the kids and the grown-ups right beside them.
Every piece we make is designed to open a door. To give families a shared language. To make it a little easier to say I'm scared or I feel left out or today was really hard — and to know that when you do, you're met with understanding instead of silence. Our companion app takes it even further, putting an interactive feelings wheel, coping tools, and parent guidance right at your fingertips, so the conversation doesn't have to stop at the dinner table.
We're not here to fix feelings. We're here to make room for them.
Because every kid deserves to know that what they feel matters. That no emotion is too much, too messy, or too big. That there is always, always a place for them here.
All feelings welcome. 🩷
